How humidity may affect COVID-19 outcome.

A new review suggests COVID-19 pandemic may remarkably depend on the levels of humidity indoors and outdoors. As, Prof. Akiko Iwasaki, an immunobiologist at Yale University and his co-authors note, in the transmission of respiratory viral illnesses, seasonal cycles are known to play a key role. There has been research on the link between viral outbreaks and the season. The two main elements that contribute to the link are changes in “environmental parameters and human behavior”.
