Remarks

For non-contract customers, Rs.500/- are visiting charges if within Mumbai City Limit.
For non-warranty & non-contract customers in areas not serviced by our service representatives, there will be an additional service charge plus travel & stay (if required).
Repair fee and parts replacement cost will be quoted after our technician has inspected your machine and determined the cause of the defect.
The user shall provide sufficient working space to access the appliance for maintenance; any blockage should be cleared by the user. Additional labor fee will be charged in case additional labour will be required to move the appliance to a serviceable area.
